You will lead a dedicated team (circa 35) that plays a critical role in the communications and connection with our clients customer member base with a focus on delivering quality customer services around their insurance and investment services product set. Your other key focus will be your internal customers, particularly working with the business leaders and their teams around developing and delivering future focused initiatives that help drive success.
Having worked hard to develop and enhance capability, the key requirement is to maximise the strong operational capability and improve the service levels, while always seeking to enhance that delivery in line with the rest of the organisation. This role will be working closely with Marketing to understand current campaigns and identify business development opportunities.
This role will suit a customer driven leader, who is also passionate about getting the best from the team. You may be the manager of a call centre, or operating at team leader level at the moment.
The focus is simply on delivering the highest level of customer service to a wide ranging and ever increasing customer base.
A background in the commercial or general insurance would be advantageous as is the desire to learn as much as possible about the organisation and the environment across which it operates. The one thing that is not negotiable is that you will have a proven and demonstrated ability to own the Call Centre function.
