An exciting opportunity exists to join the Executive Leadership team of a national organisation that empowers and motivates people to provide great service

While you will inherit a well-performing team, there is still considerable “up-side” in terms of customer engagement and potential results. You will be at the core of driving this, both personally and through the team performance. Facilitating and developing senior level engagement with the key customers, through to CEO level, will be one of your most critical KPIs. Enhancing the confidence and developing robust and consistent processes within the team, will be a key outcome of your ongoing success.
  
This is not a product-driven environment. It is all based on service, having the capacity to build unique programmes tailored to the needs of specific customers and/or sectors, a unique proposition. The delivery of these programmes leads to increased customer engagement, business productivity and staff capability.
  
As a sales and relationship management professional, you will have tangible experience in:

  • Effective leadership of a large nationally spread team.
  • Development and implementation of the disciplines associated with successful account management and sales teams and processes.
  • Ideally, the retail, hospitality and tourism sectors, at a senior level and from within a corporate environment.
  • Maximising the potential of senior level customer engagement, turning such into proven, tangible results.  

This is a unique opportunity for a high functioning sales manager or GM Sales to lead the customer engagement with services that undeniably add value to businesses and their customers.
