Being Wellington based, you will have responsibility for a number of branches across Wellington and Manawatu. We require an individual who brings superior leadership skills which will further develop engagement with both the clinical and non-clinical staff in order to enhance their capabilities, and as a natural result, those of the business

Maximising utilisation of the company’s impressive breadth of clinical and technological  “assets” used to perform their vital role for the Health sector, is another critical area of focus. This will lead to improved delivery of services to patients, off an already strong and highly regarded base.

Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills are “must-haves”. Your strategic mind-set is required in order to fully participate with, and add value to the nationwide group.

Further experience required for this role includes: 

  • Broad and robust commercial management skills
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement and management / influencing skills, with proven ability to deal with a complex business model

Ideally you will come from a health sector background, with energy, enthusiasm and a results focus.

Utilising your skills, energy and desire to lead one of Pacific Radiology’s key regional operations, you will further enhance its performance and strengthen its position as the market and industry leader.
